.1 RECEPTION AND CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER

.2 SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are € 5.95 for orders under € 139, for orders over € 139 shipping is free.
.3 DELIVERY TERMS
All purchases will be sent by courier. Your order will be sent from our warehouse within 24/48 working hours and will receive it at the address indicated within 48 working hours from the time of order, delivery dates may vary if the shipping order is made on Saturday or Sunday or if there are public holidays in the middle. You will receive a text message indicating the day on which you will receive your order.
During the sales period these terms may be delayed for a further 24/48 hours.
In the event that, for whatever reason, we are not able to have the goods delivered within 30 calendar days as indicated by the law 3/2014, we will ask you to let us know if you can grant us additional time except in the case where the item is not available or if the purchase was made with a fixed term and the consumer has expressly indicated it.

If you wish to return your product, you can request a refund by accessing the "My account" internal section and completing the return procedure. Once the product is received, it will be refunded in the same way as it was paid.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
The products must be returned unused, with the original packaging and in perfect condition. We do not accept returns from shoes that have damaged the original packaging of the shoe with return labels or seals.
For hygienic reasons, the return or replacement of products such as underpants, boxers, panties or stockings is not permitted.
For logistical reasons no changes are made to the dimensions.
