RECEPTION AND CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER
After making the purchase, we will send a mail, to the e-mail address that you indicated us, an order summary with the relevant reference number, the items you have purchased, an indication of additional costs such as sending or others, if of the case, such as those relating to the method of payment selected and the data to contact us.
Furthermore, you will receive a copy of these general conditions so that, if necessary, you can consult them.
You will receive a paper invoice with your order.
You can choose between 2 types of shipment:
- Stardard (DHL): delivery time 3-4 working days
- Express (DHL Express): delivery time 1-2 working days
The processing time is usually one day, except for special deadlines for certain items.
At the time of shipment, you will receive the tracking number of your order by email.
Some products may display a longer delivery time than usual. This period is entered when adding the item to your basket, after selecting the size of the product.
Standard shipping is FREE for orders over a certain amount.
During the sales season, deliveries may be delayed up to 24 hours.
Beforehand, DHL Express will send you an SMS informing you of the probable delivery date of your order.
If, for some reason, we are not able to deliver the ordered items within 30 calendar days in accordance with Law 3/2014, we will ask you to inform us if you give us another deadline. Unless the item is no longer available or the purchase has only been made for a limited time and the buyer has indicated so. In this case, you have the right to withdraw. You can find out how to do this in the EXCHANGE AND RETURNS, Revocation section.
If you wish to return your product, you can request a refund by logging into your section, accessing "My Account" and completing the return process. Once you have requested the return, you will receive by email (within 1 or 2 working days) a free return label.
Once we receive the product, it will be refunded in the same way as when it was paid.
The products must be returned unused, with the original packaging and in perfect condition. We do not accept returns of shoes whose original packaging (usually box) is returned with return labels or seals.
For hygienic reasons, the return or replacement of products such as underwear, boxers, briefs or socks is not allowed.
For logistical reasons, no modification (exchange) of size is made.

ARTICLE IN REPLACEMENT
If the article is not available we will be able to offer you, without a price increase, a product with similar characteristics. He can decide whether to accept the new product as if it were the one initially requested or to renounce the purchase.
You can use VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards to pay your purchase amount at our store.
You are registered with the Paypal payment system, you can make your purchase directly in our online store.
If the product does not comply with the contract, or is defective, the consumer and the user can choose whether to request repair or replacement, except where one of these two options is objectively impossible or disproportionate. Furthermore, this change due to a non-compliance will be free for the consumer and user. This gratuity will include the costs necessary to remedy the non-conformity of the products with respect to the contract, especially with regard to shipping costs and costs related to labor and materials.
TRENDCLIC is responsible for non-conformities arising within two years of delivery. Unless there is contrary evidence, it will be deduced that the non-conformity arose in the six months following the delivery of the product, both new, already existed when the thing was delivered.
Promotional codes do not apply to orders that have other promotional items, such as sale or outlet products.
The return of order items benefiting from a promotional code, implies the loss of this reduction.
